I find them on scav's shotguns from time to time. Also in loot-boxes.  Not super-common but not impossible.

grip is more common than the custom forestock usually

The grip is a bit of a PITA to find but you can completely forget about the forestock. You need your level for that one instead. Only today, about 20min ago, did I see it in the wild for the first time, and that's after having reached 40+ before the last wipe alone.

Alternatively ask your friends to buy it for you. I did basically all my Gunsmith quests by having a high-lvl friend buy all the bits.

I have found two of the custom forestocks and two of the raptor grips, but I accidentally sold my MP-133 with the raptor grip on it before I got the forestock, and then last night I was right outside SW extract on interchange with the raptor grip when someone ran up behind me and shot me down with an SKS. Sad days. One day I'll do this very simple mission..
