crikeym8
can get 60 frames on medium settings but it is the worst map by far. getting lovely close quarters fight with half a second stutter and dead. on the other hand i find factory to rarely stutter, maybe this some sort of loading in of scavs or map resources loading. it is for sure the reason i hate shoreline and all those damn quests that force you to play shoreline. does ANYONE out there have zero stutters on shoreline?
salidin
Shoreline has the most scav spawns all it comes down too. During the event where scavs were removed from all maps shoreline's performance was amazing every map increased in performance. AI is a huge load on performance and while it has been improved its still very significant. They kept this in mind when making interchange it has a very small amount of scavs for its size. JJamie
yup it 100% is the scavs. awhile ago it was speculated, because you can test it offline too. play offline without scavs then with scavs and you'll see the difference. then it was confirmed with that event when scavs were removed. it was further confirmed when they added scavs to interchange and its performance dropped significantly from what it was without scavs. not to mention that one patch where they "optimized performance in maps" which equaled they just lowered the scav count, hahaha
crikeym8
if we are having less scavs on shoreline then can we reduce the amount of scav kills required for certain quests on shoreline?
FuwuVR
Have you tried the "OVERRIDE HIGH DPI SCALING BEHAVIOR SCALING PERFORMED BY: APPLICATION" on properties on .exe to get more FPS?
