random silent deaths

so too many times I have just dropped down dead with no shots heard, I was told it was an issue with the sound and I was in fact shot so I let it go. Now fast forward to 5 minutes ago and I drop down dead in factory while extracting with 2 other team mates. not a soul in sight we wiped the map and I flop down dead with not apparent reason other than an odd consistency being every time it has happened I've had a blacked out leg and I've been running.

Clearly something is wrong and there is some kind of interaction going on with regards to blacked legs and insta-death. perhaps interfering with the face hitbox as you take damage?

As far as I know (which I might be wrong), when you take a hit to a blacked-out limb, the damage gets spread among other body parts. While this doesn't solve what you went through (as factory is such a small map that a silenced 7.62x39 shot can be heard from anywhere), I have been killed by a hacker in the same way on shoreline while extracting (had an RSASS on my back and none of my team mates that were in the open were shot during extraction, no shots heard, just my body going limp.)

yeah if it was a bigger map i'd just pass it off as unlucky but we wiped the factory map so clearly there is something really not right with the game right now.
