My games wasn't loaded in anyways so I pressed "Back". Waited seven minutes just for it to put in the fuckin' game. Decided it was whatever so I decided to just play it out. Killed a PMC and EXTRACTED. Key word being that I extracted. Click through all the details and stuff, go into Stash to drop off stuff I got and my WHOLE character was WIPED. Seriously? We all have our fair share of frustrating moments, I lost a ton of gear because I tossed a grenade into the locker room in Factory and it exploded in my face. That the support does nothing to appeal to the people TESTING by reimbursing items due to bugs is not something that should be defended.
