Leaving game, puts me in game anyways...

Was trying to load in with my friend on Customs, he gets in first and ends up dying to a duo. My games wasn't loaded in anyways so I pressed "Back". Waited seven minutes just for it to put in the fuckin' game. Decided it was whatever so I decided to just play it out. Killed a PMC and EXTRACTED. Key word being that I extracted. Click through all the details and stuff, go into Stash to drop off stuff I got and my WHOLE character was WIPED.

You pre-ordered to test a game in development. You reported the bug? Good, that's all you need to do. We all have our fair share of frustrating moments, I lost a ton of gear because I tossed a grenade into the locker room in Factory and it exploded in my face. I clearly saw the grenade sail through the air into the room and I was behind cover.

This isn't the first instance in which this has happened. That the support does nothing to appeal to the people TESTING by reimbursing items due to bugs is not something that should be defended. Yes, we are ALL aware that the game is in beta, to use it as a cover shield for the developers not to get backlash is laughable.

I don't feel this is something we're entitled to as we're testers or even feasible given the current state of the game.
