What goes through your head when you know theres still geared player in the server  but instead you kill me for my p226......do you guys think or just say hey i know im not good enough to kill the geared player so imma kill you while you wiggle at me and point to the direction of a geared player...use your heads fools

Because why deal with a highly geared player you have little.chance against?

You could back stab at anytime is probably what most think

If it's any consolation, the geared player probably wiped him a second later.

Because there is nothing stopping scav on scav violence so every player scav has to assume the other player scav will just shoot them in the back of the head.

If it makes you feel better, I don't kill other scavs unless they make me...but I don't run scav very much either. If you're having a gear fear issue, or just trying to get better at the game or something (money issues). IMO - just buy a TT, at least that way you're still improving your PMC and just about anything you kill will be an upgrade and most definitely a profit.
