more attatchments and ammo for shotguns?

Alright, I think i have to brake down and write this up, I love the shotgun play in EFT I love the recoil, i love the spread, I love playing with shotguns.

The problem i have tho is this, the shotguns do not have enough love. I say this becouse of the amount of mods for them are nothing nearly close to that of the other weapon groups. Yes i understand you can only mod a shotgun so far in real life but how about some new fore grips for the mp.153, maby a rail grip? how about a pistol grip stock for them chokes to help cut down the spread maby tiny bit more. There is alot that could still be built appon to make the shotguns really stand out among the weapon groups.

Before anyone says it yes i know the sega 12 is quite moddable with all the ak parts. But it would be nice to see some love for the other shotguns. I hate how the pump shotguns feel out matched in every faset and are more or less left in the dust But i wouldnt mind seeing say a 25 round drum mag for the sega takeing up a 2x2 space lets make that WT rigs 2x2 worth a weapon.

Shotguns at higher tier rely to heavly on leg meta, This is becouse their armor pen is so low. Maybe if we saw some steel Buckshot, or even Steel core slugs we could see the armor pen go up maby not a great deal but say 15 or 20 at best. And maby while we are on the topic of ammo, why not some flecetts, longer range ammo, higher pen, tighter grouping. maby a slug round for the toz lol?

Sadly at their present point shotguns seem to lack at the higher tiers, i keep falling back on to them becouse they are quite nice to use But when you go up agenst players with gen4, armor and level 3 face mask with helm its almost pointless and you have to hope you can leg them before their rounds turn you in to swiss cheese. All in all there is still quite a bit that can be done to help level out the shotguns and even out their place in the game rather then being budget gear load out fodder

the game is still in development, I can not really tell you what specific attachments and for which weapons will be added in the future, but many of them are planned, so please keep an eye on our announcements and patchnotes.

About new ammunition it is also on the way, for example below you can see the little sneak peak

Why thank you for the prompt response good sir. I did not think many would look over this post, as for what you have said I am glad to hear that more weapon attachments are on the way.

But as for the round you have shown me, i see some kind of rifling to it, so i take it that this is a kind of slug? As it stands right now slugs do little armor pen so would this fill that gap?
