Gliding through Interchange like a bumpercar?

So I just did a Scav run on Interchange, got the drop on a guy coming out of Kiba and when I looted a gun and a couple items from him my scav went into full on bumpercar mode. I recorded the match up to that point and am posting it below. It was a quick capture on Shadowplay instant replay of the last 7 minutes which I then edited down with VLC player so people do not have to watch the entire 7 minutes of paint drying fun, sorry if the quality suffers as a result. You can see that after looting a couple items I just take off in the background a till it forces me out of the inventory screen after a couple seconds. At this point I had no control of my character beyond laying down, pushing any direction key would operate the opposite or just not work and I could not stop as I just kept moving all over the place in an erratic crazy and fast way. Logging out and back in fixed it but the other odd part was the guy I shot was apparently a player scav, the only kill I had on extracting listed as a Scav but upon reloading into the game fully and fixing the ice skate bug the scavs were still ok with me and I extracted. I mean as I in walking right past them with no issues.

Been noticing some wild behavior on Interchange including people walking through walls and some other crazy sketchy stuff. Have a video from both me and a friend the other day of someone going to the dark side so to speak but I'll post those videos (me and my buddy both use Shadowplay) to Support if they want them. Anyways enjoy and please let me know if anyone has experienced this before and maybe give an idea as to what caused it. Happy hunting.

Fun starts around the 2:37 mark and I also encourage people to use video capture replay buffers like NVIDIA Shadowplay (free software) as when something wild happens all you have to do is hit an assigned key and bam you capture the last X amount of minutes of gameplay at a quality that you choose. Great for going back over fights frame by frame to see what you missed and awesome to catch sketchy people or instances:
