Fresh account trader reps super high?

I'm on a fresh account and all of my traders except ragman are at reps that would make them level 4 from just leveling up and spending money. I would have to do 0 quests for any of them.

 

Prapor .65

Therapist 1.19

Skier 1.04

Peacekeeper 0.44

Mechanic 1.02

Why are their reps so high? Shouldn't EOD just be .20 startt for all of them?

they did a partial wipe when they release the patch 0.9 everything was wipe except the reputation lvl with the trader

Good thing they didn't wipe the rep, since at the moment it is a bit of a pain to grind it.

I really hope they let people grind rep slowly by selling stuff to traders.

I know that may be exploited though, so maybe a daily rep gain limit should do the trick.

yep, im kinda pointing out the redundant idea. if we want to slow the progress of players, they need to up the required rep for a level making it harder for people to get to higher tier items. But This would require them to make more missions to fill that gap. or perhaps daily missions? kill 50 scavs on shoreline kind of thing.
