Incredible how people crying make so much noise

Bouhouh Mosin is too powerful

Bouhouh Mosin is too cheap

And what do the devs do ? Increase the price by nearly 10k.

How about stop complaining about stuff like this and actually make the devs work on the important things ? For example fixing the sound problem of footsteps on concrete, the netcode still and always requiring more improvement, performance optimization, etc.

Good change in my eyes. 16k was a joke. Always those people crying about stuff thats already worked on ;). The footstep is a thing since 0.10 so there was only few days since there. chaning a number somewhere for a guns price is no big deal for them i guess.

Changing the price of an item can be done during a coffee break.

"...fixing the sound problem of footsteps on concrete, the netcode still and always requiring more improvement, performance optimization, etc." is game development, which takes time. Not to mention different teams altogether.

Or maybe 10k rubles is just a lot of money for you :scwhistle:

I thought non-scoped Mosin is currently at 0 Roubles, because that's what I'm paying for it, since many people buy it because it's cheap but are not capable of shooting it properly or don't bring a pistol for close quarters.
And you also find it on scavs, so yeah.

Honestly I agree with OP, the entire point of a Mosin - Nagant was to balance the game, Yes now you can head-shot a fully geared guy and come out with good loot when you only spent 16k because you wouldn't have stood a chance otherwise, sorry, but having good armor and a 500k+ load-out shouldn't mean you automatically "WIN" the game, you should ALWAYS have to be on your toes, constantly scanning the horizon watching every color and shadow, fearing for your life because there may be one man with a cheap WWII Rifle that will put a round through your cranial sector. The Nagant should go back to 16k. Reason 1. It's an old weapon, with a 5 round mag, and its a bolty to boot. 2. Because it is an old and mass produced weapon it should be cheap. 3. It does not have full auto capabilities (Obviously). 4. In the hands of someone who doesn't know how to shoot it they will die. and 5. close the gap between you and the Mosin, and usually the Mosin will lose due to fear factor or missed shots. and finally 6. This, like I previously stated, Keeps players alert, bridges the gap between those with and those without good gear, "Hardcore" means you are never OP, and without the Nagant, Armor was pretty OP, now you see a guy running through a field in Gen4 and a Fast? Pop him once with your new Soviet Rifle and he drops cause you crushed his helmet, GG, shouldn't have been running through a field like a derp am I right? People making such a fuss over an, in all actuality, "alright" weapon. What next? AP ammo only sold to max level traders? Max tier guns super expensive? Because you worked for it? No, sorry, not gonna happen. The purpose of this game is to put you against all odds, and make you agonize, that is EXACTLY what the Nagant accomplishes, and I wouldn't want to have it any other way

simple, keep it cheap so people test it. This is beta after all.

The only problem i see now is that the bullet passes through unarmored players, but fragments and kills with 1 shot most armor wearers.

It was not supposed to be a balance the game gun, maybe in your mind.

Its a cheap sniper, supposed to be a entry level SV98, DVL which are extremely high priced in game.

Its way to easy to operate and run and gun with. Feels light in point fire making a bit to good to use in CQB, it’s cheap price makes your life feel worth less in game so you don’t care about dying as much either.

Expensive gear makes most people more nervous and wanting to stay alive, cheap strong gear pushes yolo mentality.

I always thought I was gone bring both a AK and a Mosin when I do some sniping but now I have been mostly running the Mosin with nothing else, finishing the Sniper quest in a few days compared to what to weeks for skilled people before.

A single quest used to take weeks and changing this is a bad thing for you? Have you met that guy who thinks he should be able to get cheaper suppressors than everyone else?
