Immortal glitch + no sound gun shots customs/shoreline

Today me and my squad encountered a scav player that glitches himself somehow on customs (had same stuff going once this week on shoreline with a scav glitcher too), he was running without making any noise, he had no gun in his hands but he was shoting at us without making any noise (cold blood stealth ninja pro wizard perk by bsg) , we took damage from him without any sound (but other scav players or pmc that we killed before were working fine, there was sound when gun was being used etc so it was ok) and most important we shot him so many times (he was standing still for most of the time so wasnt that hard to shot him) with m61 rounds, m995 etc and he just didn't give a single f**k he just sprints towards one of us and kills with his imagined weapon without any noise, then kills another one of us and the rest too and the worst part is that i can't even report this guy because of this stupid scav nickname , there is even no ID to report this guy and I have low/medium end pc (i reach about 50 - 60 fps max) so I can't even record stuff (i mean i could but then i would have 20 fps so ...). 

Anyone encountered some scav glitchers like this? I thought that it was patched but .... I guess it's not. 

If they would just add an option like in PUBG to report a player after you die ...

Problem is that it's only player scavs i have been having this issue with. They know they can cheat as scav cause it's "safe". just happened to me and my 3 friends at shoreline. No sound,invisible and killed us all fully geared in matter of seconds only headshots.

It is a glitch and a matter a fact it is DESYNC related. But most importantly its more of an exploit and im not going into detail.

same story a guy killed me on shoreline, near rock passage. i didnt see him and his bullets. only taking damage without any sound and die

I just hope they will fix that glitch in the upcoming patch or at least in 0.11 because it's frustrating, it's in game for a long time and they still didn't manage to fix this ... also part of "cancer" glitching community doesn't help, they keep it for themselves instead of reporting this to devs, I hope someone sent the process of "how to do it" to bsg
