cheater Is there an option to report cheaters?

Hey users of the eft Forum. In my last week of playing eft i got killed two times by cheaters and managed to kill an additional one in the last second. So i was wondering if there is an option to report possible cheaters.

Before you start commenting stuff like "sometimes you get tarkoved" or "maybe you made a sound which gave away your position" let me tell u this:

Im not a guy who calls everybody whos better than me a cheater. I've been playing videogames for a long time now, including CS:GO and other competitive shooters for thousands of hours so i think i know what im talking about. Additionaly the cases below do not include any face to face combat where my position was known in the first place.

I wont post the name here yet, as i dont know what the rules are regarding this topic.

Cases:

Location: Shoreline village

The first death was caused by a guy who presumably whiped the server (me and a friend of mine died at the same time without shots or anything else inside a building). We were looting a house on coastline village (low traffic region), so there was no possibility of us being killed simultaneously without hearing shots. We just dropped dead.

Location: Customs exit area; one of the small buildings with pipes on the far side of the map

The second death was caused by a guy who randomly happened to throw a grenade into a building i was lying in. This case is suspisious since i layed in this spot for 25min (alt-tabbed out of my game) without making any noises (had no money so i had to take it slow - dont worry im not an exit camping scumbag). You cant check this spot without making any noises (which i would have heared). Additionally a player can not be seen by a person who enters the building, when lying in this position

Location: Customs same spot

Same position same situation - guy walked up on me - but i heared him an managed to noscope him through his visor (shoutout to my mosin <3 )

The last two situations were verry fishy and probably a case of ESP.

Hope you can give me any further information.

Uhm, from what I've seen and according to the devs of the game they will be banned "eventually".

This was posted today

Also another way is probably to record the gameplay if your computer can handle it and send it through the report section in the game launcher. Other than that just be active and look for topics like that one above.

Don't do that. The button on the launcher is for reporting bugs, not alleged cheaters.

They will be banned eventually, if they are not detected by the anti-cheat immediately, statistics and information are gathered all the time and eventually they will be detected, and information from their detection will be used to speed up future detection.

As for the post, keep in mind that the list of cheaters posted there are not all the cheaters banned since the last post or anything like that, those posts only show a small portion of people who have been banned for cheating in a short time frame before the post, many, many, many people get banned every day, they just can't flood the forums with that stuff.

In regards to the original post, as has been stated many times before (Please use the search function before posting anything on the forums, posting threads of similar or identical meaning as another post is against the rules);

The reason there is no 'report' button for 'cheaters' is simply because EFT is an unfinished product and still has many issues that can easily be misidentified as 'cheating', couple that with the saltiness of the community and BSG would be dealing with an unparalleled flood of false reports, their anti-cheat works and it's doing it's job all the time, taking people away from their real work to sift through thousands of false reports a day just incase one person may actually be cheating (And hasn't already been caught by the anti-cheat) is just not feasible.

A report function will likely come at a later date, and will likely tie in directly to the anti-cheat simply to speed up detection *IF* there is actually anything to detect aside from high salt levels. But during this stage of development, you must simply let the anti-cheat do it's job, and let the devs and various BSG staff members do theirs, not deal with false reports all day.
