Major Issues - Nothing new

I really need someone's help here. Now I've got a pretty decent computer system but for some reason I've never been able to get EFT above 40 fps (unless it's factory - which is around 60-80). 

My Specs: 

-GTX 970

-16gb of RAM

-i7 4820k Intel Processor 

Now I've been able to deal with it for a while thanks to a memory cleaner, which many of you know about, but in the past few days my game will constantly crash, stutter and freeze. I really need some help here. I've spent too much on this game for this poo to happen...

We're all in the same boat, the hotfix made the game unstable.

When was this? 

That's also just what's been causing this BS most recently. I still only get around 40-45ish FPS on maps like customs and Shoreline. Have you seen my Specs? they aren't that bad. I should be doing way better than this, I rather not buy a brand new $3000 cpu just because my $2200 one doesn't cut it.

Just a few days ago. When the 0.10 patch came out the game ran so much better than the 0.9 patch but now after the hotfix it runs worse than the 0.9 patch.
