When you are trading a zillion duct tapes for an item, it would be nice to access the zillion duct tapes directly from the junk box rather than having to drag them into your main inventory in the gear screen. Just thought it might be more practical..

What you are asking for is exactly how it's currently working in-game.

It DOES take items directly from the box.

You'll want to use the blue button at the bottom that says something like "Fill items" or whatever, I don't remember exactly. I went several wipes not having a clue that that was a thing, I saw it but never actually even gave a thought to what it did, but eventually I found out by watching something on Youtube and my life was suddenly so much easier.

I haven't taken items straight from containers with it but I assume that's what the above post is referring to because it's the only way I can think of that might possibly allow you to access items in containers without going to Character and moving them outside the box first.

I was referring to the 'Fill items' option.
