Dying for no reason?

Sometimes when I'm playing I just fall over no shots or anything and its happened multiple times to me and my friends.  It mostly happens as scav but one time when I was full gear on woods my character just lost his leg and stomach for no reason after I killed a scav I layed down popped a painkiller and ran to extract luckily I didn't die but other times I haven't been so lucky i went to dorms with my friend and he just fell over and died and i also got my legs and stomach blacked then today i just fell over and no sounds or anything happened.  Is there radiation in dorms or something why does this keep happening this has been happening for over a year

had something similar in a raid once when a AI scav had loaded in but was bugged for me (standing in place, I couldnt damage him) but not the server i kept getting hit over and over again then i reloaded into the game and there he was walking around me and shooting me that was the only time something like that happened to me .

All i can recommend doing is reinstalling the game nothing more.

It seems that some AI scavs are invisible for you, so you dont see and hear them shooting at you. It might be a dsync problem, next time try to run away from that spot and see if you get still damage.
