We are sorry about the inconvenience, sir.

We are in the Closed Beta test phase and it is aimed to test game mechanics and features, to adjust/fix them updates are needed.

I am sorry for your loss, sir.

Also please report every issues (including game crashes) to our support center through the game launcher, also please remember to attach your game logs and crash logs to it.
