OK IVE BEEN PLAYING SINCE .4  not once in my tarkov time! have I exoerineced stutters like his, SINCE 10.16 hit ive been experiencing SEVERAL SEVERAL second hitches every single time I engage someone! its driving me ducking crazy! SO I have a bad computer5t some will say duck no I don't

 I have a 8700k OC to 5.0ghz 

I have 64gb of corsair dom platinum  the ra is OC to 4200 MHZ

 I have a 2080 ti Which is also OC

 the game is on a 970 PRO ssd 

 wtf is going on with this god dam game

 

 I CASN PLAY every single game released to date at4kwithwell voer60 FPS with no issues tarkov massive stutters poo needs to FUCKINGF STOPRIGHT GOD DAMNFUCKI(NG NOW

i cant even play, i get 5-10 min into a raid and run out of ram XD

Ok so im sober today and less angry! something of note I disabled the shadowplay HUD from my GeForce experience. since I have done that not a single hiccup  in 5 or 6 raids so far this morning!
