What they really need to do is accept player reports, im sure there is a vast number of people who will happily volunteer to sift through them, with proper access to certain logs, of course.

Hello sir,

our Anti-Cheat system is working, if a player is cheating then he will be banned soon.

We are giving bans to the unfair players on a daily basis.

I understand that it can be frustrating, I am a player too, but trust me, they will and are being banned.
