I really hope you are able to query with  this information and look into this, it was clearly a hack. Please ban, don't let them ruin this game.

Currently manual reports are not accepted, there is an anti-cheating system that I assure you that if said player cheated, he will be banned.

I also have to tell you that what you say has all the appearance of being a bug (it existed in the previous wipe) and it has also happened to me.
