Friend from the west help

I've been on this task for 2 days now. Shoreline seems dead to me. I'll stay in a raid for 15 minutes and wont hear any gun shots. I'm stuck on the 5 usec kills. Any advice?

If you need USEC kills on Shoreline, hang out at the Health Resort.  There is almost always going to be someone going for Room 310. Or rooms with the gun crates. (224 or somewhere around there)

If no one comes, pick up the Bit Coin, gold chains, ect, and try again.

There is so much valuable loot there that it is your best chance on running into a lot of players.

FYI It doesn't count kills if you are partied up.

This one took me forever as well. Just hung around at the front of Health Resort, between that and power station, waiting to sprint off in the direction of gunshots. Beware since there are typically other players doing the same.

I've done that quest really fast, managed to kill 3 usecs in one raid, its pretty much RNG (You might find BEAR's).

There's a few hotspots you should check according to your spawn and how late into the game you are.

Usually the gas station down near the island that leads to the lighthouse/pier boat is a good place to find a few PMC's, you'll find them either on the island or most likely on the hills around the gas station, east and west from the riverside. 

Not very far from the gas station, a little upper, in the powerstation, that's also a good place to find pmc's, there's usually scavs around and the scav sniper so be careful, if there's no pmcs in the powerplant itself, they're usually on the hills around it, east and also west from its position.

Last but not least, the health resort, its probably the number one place to find players but also the most dangerous, you can come up versus very geared players, squad or you'll just be lucky and find some hatchlings doing loot runs and low-mid gear dudes. Deadliest spot when it comes to gunfights cause its a closed quarters combat and people tend to either camp the rooms or the entrances itself and if you get indoors late they have the upper hand on you as they can just be quiet the whole time listening to your movement while you have no idea anyone is there.

Daytime Shoreline was really popping yesterday.  There were PMCs everywhere, more than what I'm usually used to seeing on shoreline.

I tend to cheese these missions with a friend (ungrouped), its a lottery whether you get into the same raid (100% so far)but i'd take that over praying to see a usec and not a bear (or anyone for that matter) over a 50 min period. just have to do a count down oer discord and click launch when you'r both ready has worked 100% so far.

 

plus with discord you can tell if your on the same instance as it says at the bottom left of the screen (last 4 letters/number combo). This is how i intend to do this to finally unlock PK and carry on down his line.

Generally all Keyspawns for valuable Keys should be pretty good to camp for kills. (around pier/bridge) or Power Station is also a good spot.
It might need some patience or you just run into the Resort asap and fight there. It is a joice of high risk in Resort or less Risk and more patience in the other spots. But to do it quickly i would go to the closest hotspot or Resort. But resort can be full of Squads with MP7's :).

 Maybe it is your server or  time you are playing, but strange to believe it that there is noone. Maybe they are all afraid of you.

Thing is with this quests, that before it was like 10 usecs, that was hard, since there were less who play USEC  now...resort is full of usecs, it seams bears went for winter sleep.

Yes, as mentioned easiest way is to go always to resort, there you will find trouble. Camp and wait for someone to pass by is not a good strategy. Did this quests very quick this time, since only 5 is needed. If you spawn at customs side, first place to go is radar and then resort
