My huge issue with dynamic prices

Hi escapers,

So, i post here because i have a gripe with the current dynamics prices and people abusing it easily (see pestily's video on the subject). Some basic items prices have just flow out of the windows :

- Salewa 7.500 --> 13.000

- Ifak 11.000 --> 18.000

- 7.62x39 ps round 86 --> 238

Those are example but, for beginners, those items (and more specifically the 7.62 ps) are quite important. But more importantly the raising of prices for said items shows that a bunch (around 50/60 ppl) can completely duck up some things. For example, if the 50/60 ppl decide to gain money by selling AI-2 medkits/bandages or Scav vest, the prices could skyrocket and tripling or quadrupling their base price.

So, i am all in favor of the flea market and, in some way, of the dynamics prices, but, i think some things should be protected and not be influenced :

- Ammo and meds should not be influenced by the dynamics prices (however, the limits should be strict for the number of high-end ammo one can buy every reset).

- A more radical answer would be to only allow on the flea market items looted on the maps. This would prevent people exploiting a certain item from the traders and making the price skyhigh while making huge bonus.

What do you think about that ? Do you have any other solutions you would like to add ? Feel free to present them here

 

Nb: and please do not come with the argument: "if you're not happy with the prices, don't buy them" only running cars and 7.62 T45m is not an answer.

Here is a post on reddit with niktia saying pretty much "f*** off we know what we are doing" (you know that thing people who always "know what they are doing" say normally before trying to hammer a nail into a live wire inside a wall or they manage to pull the cooker out without thinking about the gas hook up at the back and what happens if you try to move a 3 ft pipe 7 ft, i have one of these people for a dad it's amusing to say the least  )

 

(He actually tells someone to p*** off in reply to being told he should be testing the patches before they get released, its an "interesting" read to say the least)

 

So BSG knows about it and it seems they know that people are reacting negatively to it but they are yet to tell us what is going to happen (they do however have time to tell us that there will be changes just not what they will be )

 

But yeah every day i come back and see that this is still going the hope that it will be a quick and easy fix dies more and more. As If it was a quick fix they surely they would have done something about it by now (or told us what the plan is) but all we get is a "yes we know" on reddit that gets reposed nowhere else so people are still left in the dark as to if bsg actually knows about these issues.

Also op maybe you should just play hatchling until this gets fixed (maybe /s i dunno anymore things are weird right now  )
