just walked to extract for 15 mins because my character had a broken limb and doesn’t believe in pharmacists so he refused to take painkillers

Had that on woods before. Met a player straight away, took him out but managed to snap my leg. Forgot painkillers and splints. Had to limp almost 35 minutes to get out only to find people camping roadblock and took me out.

I think Kimuri is talking about the animation bug where if you try to heal using a Salewa or some other device, and the animation loops forever without completing the healing action and giving you the HP. And then when you try to perform any other action that requires an animation, they refuse to complete, and you are left without healing powers even though you have the items to do so. So he had to limp back to exfil. This happened to me on Shoreline and I almost got swiss-cheesed by the scavs guarding Road to Customs exfil, but I pushed them back enough and then just saddled up next to the wall by the exfil. It successfully extracted me. It just sucked because I couldn't heal, and these wave 2 scavs were sniping me down to 124 HP (and bleeding) with SKS and shoguns. Great stuff. I'm just glad I survived that raid.

You got it straight on Papajack, everytime I manually reload I get a little bit scared. Everytime I try to heal I get even more scared because the animation just loops and loops until you change whats in your hands but then that starts looping and EVERYTHING IS A LOOP

No it was a white pill and it said 'xanax'

No.  Take a few more.

So, I think I may have found a fix for this.  Next time this happens move the medical item from your pockets/vest to your backpack and right click use from there.  It should reset it.  It worked for once at least.  Then you should be able to put it back into your chest/pockets and hot key it again.

Issue being the items refuse to move. I’ll keep in mind and try
