Do i have to pre order the game in order to download and play the beta, also will the game be released on steam?

Please, read the FAQs more carefull. If you pre-order th game, you will gain guaranteed access to beta. Also you can subscribe for beta and get a chance to be chosen for beta. And yes, the game will be released in steam.
