I am a great fan of the SKS. Great rifle accurate and until recently was quite the killer.

Is it me or has the sks been nerfed abit. I had a scav run straight at me the other day and I put 6 in the chest to put him down no armour.

I thought if I was on the other end of that Id be dead in 2.

Just asking.. what about some better ammo other than the ps stuff?

  point being is that there is plenty of other variants of ammo floating around for m4 etc what about other variations 

bit like wanting an armour case when you have an Items case eh

Hollow Point (HP) and T45M are much better against no armor. Hollow point does significant damage to limbs, but has almost no effect on armor level 3, T45M does good damage to no armor but still has a fairly alright penetration on armor. So you could use them but you have to remember that if you run into an armored player and you're running that ammo. Your chances are slim unless you can pop a few to the head. Scav hit detection can be really bugged tho. When I run sks, I only run BP ammo
