Resolution bug...AGAIN

Or am i the only one having extreme isssues while laying on resolution beyond HD (1920*1080)? normally i play on 4k, but a LOT of pop up windows such as flea market (place order) or quest item window are way, waaaaay of screen at the top right corner.

Its like the container window bug some months ago. Is there a workaround? Can we expect a soon fix?

BUMP THIS, same issue with 4K (need to downscale to use flea for example)
