missing items after patch .11

hi. a couple questions if i may.
1) after patch .11 my axe has gone missing ????? . anyone know where it went ????
2) has the 2017 new years gift been replaced by the 2018 gift. 
3) what happens to my 2017 key tool and icase  in the next wipe or if i reset ( i can hazard a guess but wondering if anyone actually knows )
4) what happens to keys and weapons in the above, do i lose them or will they move to my stash.
5) how long will the 2018 gifts be reclaimable  (resets and wipes)

i can hazard a guess about the last 4 but its got me stuffed where the axe went ???? i went on break for xmass and when i came back i updated the game and it was gone???.
also i thought BSG said ages ago that the 2017 gifts would be  re-claimable  till full game release.

 i have searched the forum but didn't find any proper explanation  and i asked in support and twitter but haven't got an answer yet

Alright so :

1) regarding your axe I guess it disappears following a bug so I would advise you to buy a new one on Fence or one of the new knives on the flee market.

2) you guessed correctly the 2017 gift is gone and has been replaced by the 2018

3) it will be gone in the next wipe thus the new case and keybar included in the 2018 gift

4) if you accept the gift, a message will appear on the message box where you can transfer the items into your stash

5) it will be available like 2017, meaning available after each wipe and every six months
