braxman29
I found the issue, They have almost taken the setting out is what it seems. If you look in the Shared.ini file with notepad you can see if you scroll all the way down all the settings "ex. Langue, Head bobbing ect..." but the voice option isn't even coded in there. So when you save it there's nothing for the game to save it to. If someone has a old shared.ini you can look at it and paste the old voice line and just change the 1 to a 2 and it should change it in game. Other than that they need to rework it for a hotfix but I'm sure its the least of their worries right now.

For some reason its not in the normal Tarkov folder. So open it in notepad and scroll all the way down. you can see all the settings even the ones that are black out. You can clearly see its been taken out so there's nothing to save the voice change to when you change save it in game. I was trying different ways but i have no clue what the original code for it can be. If someone knows it, it can be easily put in. i figured it would be something like ( "Voice": Usec 2 ) or maybe even ( "Voice": 2) but i have tried both and when you go in game it just overwrites it and replaces it with nothing again. If you have any luck let me know, im still trail and error it.
COLMAC
Server game files checksum/update to the gamer pc C:/users/username/appdata/local every time you join the server. keeps you game data up to date and stops unwanted altered game files.
