I found the issue, They have almost taken the setting out is what it seems. If you look in the Shared.ini file with notepad you can see if you scroll all the way down all the settings "ex. Langue, Head bobbing ect..." but the voice option isn't even coded in there. So when you save it there's nothing for the game to save it to. If someone has a old shared.ini you can look at it and paste the old voice line and just change the 1 to a 2 and it should change it in game. Other than that they need to
