Help Max Login Error

so i recently logged of the game about an hour ago and game keeps saying Error 230 Max Logins ?? any help?

 

Edit: just tried to reset password now i have to wait 240 mins!!!! im gonna complain to my bank i was scammed and get my money back havent even played the game for more then 10 mins

im having the same problem. 

worked fine last night went to log in today and now im waiting 240 min too.

just happend to me today !!! i was in a raid and it knocked me out saying i have an error 230 ( too many log in attmpts) and have to wait an hour. i have gotten no emails and i have reset my password and still cannot get in. what am i suppose to do ???? My husband has the same issue right now!!! Is it bc we play on the same ip address ???? we have been playing this together for a week and never had an issue until today !!

mine happens the same thing.

no issues with email and password. but i have the game installed at home and at work. i play on both places. but currently i cant login at work. error 230 max login count. but im sure PW is right. then i go home and login no problems. and then come back to the shop and then cant login again. 

so i can login at home but not at work.

why is that happening?

Anyone found solution for this? Cool down 1  hour etc.. now 24... This is not funny anymore.

Why do I payed 2x 100+ € for game I cannot even get a decent support?
