I tried to create a support ticket to get me other $100 back and its like the support ticket will not create. Chiknhawk64 Posted February 2, 2019 Share Posted February 2, 2019 Your account shows that you have the EOD pack, so I am wondering could it be possible that even though you have been double charged due to whatever unfortunate issue, that they might have assumed you made a double payment because you wanted the EOD pack? I know this doesn't explain the overcharge, i am just curious as to then why does your account show EOD, let us know if or when you get a reply, as I am looking into upgrading and it would be good to know if this happens to others that something can be done about it.
