FPS drop's in lobby whenever i hover over "Escape from Tarkov, Trading, Character" and in game TAB! HELP

Hey guys, been playing Tarkov now for good couple of months and recently brought a new PC the specs: RTX 2080, i7 7900k, SSD Samsung evo 500gb" for Tarkov. When i am in the lobby and i hover over "Escape from Tarkov, Trading and Character" my FPS drops low as 1 FPS is some cases, then goes straight back up until i do it again. When i am in game and i press tab or loot a dead body it takes about 4 seconds for my cursor to show up too as well as a quick FPS drop then when i move stuff from the dead body to my inventory its slow and stutters but the game play its self running around shooting etc, Its only when i am in the tab menu or lobby, trading and character screen.

As you can see i got a very high spec computer with all the latest drivers as i did them yesterday, my GPU usage on task manager sits around 30% similar to the CPU and does not really move. I thought it might of been some setting i had on so i lowered all my settings turned everything off and its still the same. I have never experienced any problems like this on any game, on a far less superior computer and i cant figure out what i wrong i was wondering if anyone else is having the same issue and if so what have you done to solve it.

It could be the GPU since its still newly released could be optimised not sure if that is even a thing just a thought. I do not think it could be Tarkov its self since i see other streamers are not having any issues with it or even my friends and some of the streamers have a GTX 2080 which makes me doubt it is that either, please help me any advice would be greatly appreciated and if you have read down to this point i thank you for taking the time to read this post.

@Stroudyo Did you try reinstalling the game? give that a go if you haven't already. Quick Q: did you overclock your 7900k?

No it's at factory settings, I'll try it again but doubt it will work thanks dude

I didn't think there was an option to do that I looked and it's all account support?

I figured it out what was causing the terrible FPS drops "G-sync enabled" I did not enable this and i am not sure how it happened but that is why it would only happen in full screen mode with games. i hope this post can help anyone who might be having the same issue cant believe it was one littler thing like that causing it! LOL

So Disabling the G-Sync solved this for you ? or Enabling it solved it ? Its not quite clear here. I am having the same issue while My games running smooth in 1440p Res but when I'm in Menu and scroll my character inventory or Flea market or traders etc it stutters and going down to as low as 10 15 fps sometimes. Need help with this issue as well.
