Losing points

I do love that the admins think that posting about a cheater is shaming them and I lose 2 points for it. They should be ashamed to play a game where they need hacks to win. I would be fine if this were Rainbow 6 or some shooter game like that but when I go in with a 500k plus gear set and lose it to a speed and wall hacker, it kills the game. I have had many friends stop playing because of this. I know first hand your banning system does not work because you banned my first account for no reason and never responded to me as of why. I went from my desktop to my laptop and the next day banned.  Not sure if it was an IP thing or what but no answers were given and the account remains locked. I do like the gameplay and risk factor of this game. I have no problem losing gear to a player who earned it but losing my gear to a player who hacks is frustrating. Went into Interchange with a group of 5 fully geared and we made it 100 steps before a speed aim bot guy comes in and kills us all in 5 shots, there is no fun in that. But I get points lost for posting their names on here and the response time on here is instant but response time to an email about a permaban that was a mistake, 3 months later and still nothing.  I will probably lose points for this post as well.
