Hi, saw this poo happen to me twice now. The Scavs seem to be deformed and take no damage at all. The first time the Scav was sliding around on the floor like in your video. The second time the Scav was holding his weapon behind his back and walked backwards. So when he shot you his face was turned in another direction. I also openend a Forum Post about this bug but didnt had a video for proof. A Dev answered me that this is a bug. But in my opinion it could be a hack people use while playing scav which fucks up their normal movement and ragdoll physics and let them appear deformed.
