Hello sir,

as cala13er we are always posting the patchnotes on our news channels and on the Forums, here you can find the patchnotes for the 0.11.2.1 hotfix:

The rest of the updates were strictly technical, when we are installing an update which changes something we are always posting information about it, so please make sure to keep an eye on our announcements!

Not on Twitter, nor on the forum. These two updates are just big mysteries besides being able to stack roubles
