Option to Change Default Weapon Settings?

If this already exists, I have yet to find it. I would like it if I was able to make it so that the default settings for a weapon could be set to automatic. I have lost track of the number of times that I have pulled the trigger assuming a wall of death to spew forth from my gun, only to have a single shot. It gets me killed quite a bit.

I know that I should just be in the habit of changing the settings, but every once and a while it slips my mind to do so.

The game remembers what the last setting was when you left a raid, but for new weapons it defaults to single shot indeed.

The thing is that when full auto is the default you run into the same issue. You assume it is on single shot, take carefull aim, and you spew a inacurate wall of death.

So yeah, you should make it a habbit of checking the setting when you enter a raid.
