Headshot its too common

A lot of players keep say that, the game has a lack of action

the game has become boring, in every firefight everyone always and only aims at the head, making everything boring and repetitive, the weapons are not the central problem but the players are, the PMC manages to make a perfect headshot even if he wears it over 70kg, and ran for 400 meters, his aim will always be impeccable, something that does not happen in reality, a person will never be able to control the recoil as happens in this game.

If you do not correct this very important aspect as soon as possible the game will become the copy  of all the other similar fps where the armor is useless and the bulletproof vest and without any usefulness since the bullet always reaches the head.

Arma 3 its the perfect rappresentation of war, you die quickly yes but no one try to aim for the head, and when a headshot happen its only lucky, when they see a enemy they start shooting and the big part of body like in every realistic situation,  in real life you don't have the time for aim the head during a firefight, you just start shot him.

I could not agree more. Weapons are too stable, recoil is too minor and predictable, and low stamina should worsen your aim.

ARMA 3 is a good starting point.

Lack of action I can agree with. Even with the SKS available at level 1 they still appears to be a large amount of moslings. This results in a lot of camping and guerrilla style combat.

Headshots are headshots though. You deserve to get a kill if you hit them in the head unless of course the bullet ricochets off their helmet by chance but that's another topic.

As for weapon recoil I reckon when you get to around the 50 Kg worth of gear mark your stamina recharge time should seriously be slowed.

This is not true since there are plenty of variables you can change in games that effect how easy/reliable headshots are. Head hit boxes and projectile sizes vary in different games so they have significantly different difficulties for getting headshots.
