The controversy and dangers posed by flamethrowers have led to calls for the weapon to be banned in international treaties. However, to date, there are no treaties that explicitly ban the use of the weapon in combat. With that said, It would be an interesting weapon to see on maps such as resort, interchange, or even customs, But i would have to say you cant use a backpack with it because if the requirement of the fuel pack it has.

This may be a thing in the future that we dont know about. If you notice in your skills menu their is skills that havent been released yet such as missile launchers.
