PLS HELP!!!!! Upgraded BUT dont see new gear.

I purchased an upgrade on my account after a few nights of binging the game after i got it. Ive waited like 5 min and still no messages in game reffering to new items. saw forum posts of people saying i may need to reset my profile, but what kind of upgrade is that?

pretty sure you had to reset your account for the new stuff to come in before, but i heard they were changing it. check your profile page on the main site.

My profile says i HAVE purchased. and my region is other. Im in US west coast, and not sure which server to make sure im on the correct one.

here it says i must launch game in the same region but i have tried launching in EVERY US server and NONE gave me my goods. I REALLY DONT WANT TO RESTART>>>>>>>>>>

If you upgraded your account for extra gear, those you will get is insignificant, ppl upgrade their account for more stash and advanced secure containers, not for items.

Regardless, @Smokeemcpot has your stash increased in size?

As you’ve stated you should receive a message from ‘System’ (I believe) which will confirm your upgrade with the items etc including your secure container. Presumably you’ve upgraded to EOD?

If you log in and still no message, run a raid and look for the message again. Confirm there are no emails from BattleState which need actioning also, as well as making sure you did indeed pay for the upgrade and everything went through. 

Feel free to tag me if you still haven’t managed to sort it out

@DanExert after my launcher changed from standard addition, i launched and no changes in inv, OR mssgs,,,,,, been waiting most of the day but no cigar..... Think im going to pass my stuff of in raid to a friend and reset profile. Love the game, sad i have to restart to upgrade XD

You no longer need to reset in order to activate the upgrade, this was changed in 10.5 or so

Upgraded yesterday:

> Stash size increased.
> Received a message with all my extra items.
> No trader rep increase, unfortunately.
> No reset required.

All within a few minutes.

Please contact our support via the bug report function of the launcher so that they can take a look at it.
