EOD Bugged?

Today (05-10-19) I upgraded to EOD from standard edition.  I still haven't received any of my in-game items such as Gamma container or larger inventory.  How long does it generally take to receive the EOD benefits?

Nope, you don't need to reset anymore, just wait until the slow servers catch up

Check if you got mail with items, cause thats how it should work.
How about space in your stash? Did you get it?
If you got stash size, but no items -> then mostly you missed mail with items. 
If you don't have anything -> most likely a bug, contact with support.

My friend upgraded to Eod and got all his items via mail.

Nothing in mail.  Stash is the same size unfortunately.

contact support, i saw similar things happened to users and mods told them to contact with support.
