Performance hit after last Technical patch

Hello i wanted to report i am having quitte  an performance hit after last patch.

I run the game on:

i5-2570k @ 4,4Ghz

RX580 8GB

16Gb of ram.

Running windows 7 & have the game installed on an SSD.

 

Before the last tecnical patch the game ran like 77 85 fps on my (antique) rig with no problematic fps drops.

But since last patch it fell down to 60 fps and in the town on shoreline it even drops down to 45 fps.

bofre it ran quitte fine (with the occasional spawn stutter left aside)

i checked my cpu and even its picking its nose meanwhile (50% usage)

 

even on lower graphical settings it runs worse than before

textures on high

shadow on low and FXAA on.

 

PS sometimes the buttons on the keyboard does not responds like it should.

Leaning or crouch does not react at all sometimes.

 

Anyone else noticed the recent performance drop?

 

PS love the game it sets the bar for hardcore First person shooters (and no lootboxes yay!) (please devs do not be that geedy )

I could only play 2 raids today and actually it performed pretty well, didn’t check the FPS or cpu usage, but hit registration and shooting was so smooth for me today. Some occasional stutter ( and not in gunfight) but nothing heavy.

Ive had similar problems after last update. Performance is really low. Had 100-120 fps before, now its swinging between 20-60 fps

Its not the performance i'm worried about, even though that did take a hit. It's the stuttering. For me it's neigh unplayable.

It has been pretty garbage. Seems to just get worse and worse throughout this patch, Shoreline is just cancer, but there are a lot of quests there which really sucks hardcore, just got killed while looting, heard the shot near me pressed tab to get out and run, waited about a second before it responded/stuttered, lifted my foot off the ground and the second shot got me.

Has anyone been experiencing this issue any further?
I have been experiencing a similar issue only today while yesterday and since the last patch, I had no issue alt tabbing to reach other windows and returning in-game.

For some reason, it does seem that today and the past 3h specifically (played alot today) I have been disconnected from the game repeatedly while attempting to alt tab out and back in.
Tried restarting the game, the launcher, rebooting the computer, increased program priority to maximum. Nothing goes.

What is going on!?
