Items lost in auction/trade

Hello guys,

I purchased 57 condensed milk for 5 ES Lamps and never received my items but I lost my lamps. I didn't find any support options under account so I'm looking for help in retrieval for my items purchased. Thanks.

Edit: Forgot to add, I had space for all 57 items and the Lamps came out of my scav junk box.

I lost my items and the chance to buy the item I was trying to get as they got magically donated to somewhere. Not happy about it. I've placed  a bug report but I do not have any screenshots of this. Would be nice to have the option to see past transactions. Thanks.

Probably a glitch. The fact you were getting 57 condensed milks for 5 ES lamps should have been a red flag XD

@Sov776 are you sure the trade wasnt 5lamps per milk? This would be a typical trade offer i would expect.
