I have that issue from time to time... Force quit the game and get back in...

I would say that is the issue with low RAM memory.

Relaunch the game it's an issue with synchronization happened a lot when 1.7 it for me got a little better. Terrible bug and 80% of the time wont live to find someone running around especially when playing interchange .

This happens to me after a few hours of playing but only late at night when the servers are laggy, I say the servers are laggy because my whole group will be teleporting in front of each other and moving around strangely on each of our screens, we play from all over the US and we have seen it pretty much every night. The worst one so far was I only saw scavs and killa moving around while my 5 man group is running to kiba, I could not see my team just scavs but they can see me and followed me to kiba. The scavs i saw behaved strangely and mostly ignored me, however i stepped into some bullets and lost my stomach. Craziest I've seen yet.
