EOD Items not received after ourchase

I bought EOD yesterday on 5/23/19 looking forward to increased stash size and having a gamma container but when I loaded up the game the only thing that changed was the fact that I had the unique "golden" name. My launcher said I had EOD yesterday but today now it only says I have left behind edition yet I still have the golden name. I have the receipt in my email and the bank withdrew the $40 for the upgrade. Hoping someone can help little upset by the whole thing, thank you.

Contact with support, i already saw few topic about such issue, if i amcorrect then everyone had to contact with support.

Hey man, just in case, after you purchased the upgrade EOD, did you restart your profile? I believe you have to do this so you can see the change (obviously you will lose your progress but that's the only solution I know)

Yup have to reset the profile, they talked about fixing that so you didn't have to lose all your progress to upgrade but I guess it never happened.
