Multiple Idea's For EFT

- Scavs spawn with increased difficulty and more profitable gear and items as the raid time increases.
I believe the reward for investing time into raids is already in the works, if not already implemented (however needs to be expanded upon). Scavs that spawn later into a raid will have better equipment on them and more expensive treasure/barter items in their bag for you to loot. This change alone induces a lower survival rate as the raid time increases whilst having lower tiered kits; rewarding those who invest time into each raid and slowly start killing off those with lower tier kits.

- More scavs on the map.

Players should run into scavs more often, especially on bigger maps. Even if they are just trash low-tier Makarov pistol scavs they'll help blockade against hatch-lings and slow down low-tier kit players. There should be knife-wielding scavs, and you can find them inside the wooden houses around the village on shoreline or in interchange stores. These scavs are more focused on staying inside the rooms (pretending to loot) and not so much patrolling like current scavs. It'll be a great heart jumping moment when you face check into a store or turn the corner in a house and there is a knife AI scav being sneaky or charging at you. More random scav spawns like single scavs looting a car (back boot is open, scav looking inside) or trying to lock pick a house (shoreline village) etc.

- Not having everything be a static loot spawn.
Static loot spawns can be great and thematic (take EMERCOM for example; it spawns med loot because it's a medical related room) but more areas of each map needs to be more rewarding and worth exploring (time investment which more often than not requires higher survival rate kits). Example: some random room in the Resort on Shoreline contains the juicy loot that East Wing 310 currently offers, it's not always 310. 310 room can still be good, but the random dynamic room can be better and worth putting time and exploration to find it. Or the marked room on Customs, it can be any of the dorm rooms in both two story and three stories.

- Entirely new map mechanic: 'Delayed Dynamic Events'
This essentially creates a new hot-spot during a raid, however, these events only trigger ~15-25 mins into a raid. This time gate makes hatch-lings/low-tier kit players question if they should stick around for the event, should they just do their normal thing of sprint-secure container-disconnect or actually bring in some decent gear and play the map like normal until the event triggers and try to cash in on it. Here are some ideas of delayed dynamic events:

WITNESS A PLANE CRASH ON WOODS/SHORELINE...
Take the woods map and the already crashed plane West of the Lumber Mill. Imagine if there wasn't a static crashed plane, instead, you get to witness a military cargo aircraft, helicopter or a private terragroup executive business jet get shot down off map by 'scavs', then have it crash land on the actual playable map. The crash could happen in 1 of 3 spots (example) and it occurs only ~15-25 minutes into a raid. The Military aircraft would crash and scatter crates full of gear around the site. The plane would be split in half so you can approach and look on the surface/inside for some more loot (doesn't have to be a plane in which you can physically board and get inside of). If it was a private jet, it would scatter briefcases with money/gold chain-lets/broken Gphones/roller watches etc. Imagine a helicopter crash landing in the swamp on Shoreline or a plane crashed in the water just off the beach near Scav Island/Gas Station. This event won't be a 100% spawn chance, but it will still be decent.

SHOOT DOWN A HELICOPTER ON THE NEW MILITARY BASE MAP...
At the start of a military base raid, a stationary helicopter spawns in one of three places just slightly off map. When exploring, there will be opportunities to spot the helicopter. Then after 15-25 mins, it starts to take off, trying to leave. If you can shoot the pilot or damage the chopper enough (.50 cal anyone?) it will start to get smokey and begin to spin out of control. It will crash land somewhere on the playable map. You'll be able to loot it once it has crashed.

AMBUSH A VEHICLE CONVOY/TRANSPORT EN-ROUTE AND THEN USE IT TO EXTRACT...
You could also have an event in which a vehicle convoy spawns off map and then enters the map, driving through a part of the map (lead by whatever faction makes more sense). You can intercept this convoy by shooting at them, in which they then disembark and return fire. This even triggers deep into the raid. You get to loot whatever was being transported on the trucks as your reward. Not sure if it can be implemented on any current map besides woods as it's roads are open and maybe shoreline, if some of the roads along the beach are more open and less obstructed. On shoreline, the truck would leave from CCP Temporary and either take a right on a short drive towards 'Road to Customs' extract or take a left and drive all the way down towards 'Tunnel' extraction (if the roads are accommodated and less obstructed). Once the convoy AI is killed, the vehicles become an extraction point however instead of waiting a minute and then disappearing like the Black SUV extraction, you and any nearby players (your friends) board the truck and continue the convoy route on auto-pilot from where ever it stopped. One player automatically boards the truck as the driver and the rest hop on the back and can look/fire. Everyone is exposed during this time but you are moving. The full route would take about a minute but if the truck was ambushed halfway along its route it would only take 30 seconds. The driver can press 'interact' again to disembark which stops the extraction. The vehicle/extraction timer stops if there is no driver (killed or dismount). So you can have a player hop into the vehicle and drive 40 seconds towards the end of the route only to be killed, then have that player hop in and complete the last 20 seconds towards extraction. This event won't be a 100% spawn chance, but it will still be decent.

There are so many possibilities for these events, but the goal is to try and attract more players to bring kits that yield higher survival rates so they can cash in on their time investment during a raid.

I know this may be laggy but this isn't really just to do. It's just an idea for the game itself to us. Maybe they can do different events instead of it just being the same thing over and over.

Already happens.

-More scavs on the map.

This is dependent on server stability, as the more scavs there are the more work the server has to do. As a direct comparison, One Ai takes more server resources then a player does. Maybe in the future we will see an improvement on the amount of AI.

Already planned and announced a while back. Dynamic loot Economy will be a thing, except maybe for quest related items.

Something like this was discussed during a podcast and it is a possibility, although nothing has been confirmed. We know Raiders will have a chance to pop up in normal maps, but this is the only thing we know is planned at this time.

Thank you for the suggestions though, always good to get some feedback that is constructive. :)

Thanks for the response! Glad to see some of the ideas I posted are either being contemplated or made. Keep making a great game!
