Según la página oficial hay que hacer cierto procedimiento , que si ir al perfil y desde ahí pagar una diferencia y migra , el problema radica en que no me aparece dicha opción

Eso sirve cuando tenés unas versión "inferior", cuando ya tenés la de Europa, esa sirve tanto para Europa como para latam
