When will bosses(and sometimes pmc's) be fixed(PvE)?

When will bosses(sometimes pmc's) be lootable in pve again? They have been looking themselves in place as soon as they're killed. Most of the time with their guns going off which is damn near deafening. I understand you don't care about pve and im probably wasting my time, but will anything be fixed, ever?
